How often is data updated?

Data is updated multiple times per day, with performance metrics refreshed every few hours depending on your subscription plan. Premium plans receive more frequent updates.

Which marketplaces are supported?

We support all major Amazon marketplaces including US, UK, DE, FR, IT, ES, CA, JP, AU, and more. You can select specific marketplaces when adding ASINs to track.

Can I export my tracking data?

Yes, you can export your ASIN tracking data in CSV format from your dashboard. Premium plans include additional export options and historical data access.

How do I upgrade my subscription?

You can upgrade your subscription at any time from your account settings or profile page. Changes take effect immediately and you'll only pay the prorated difference.

What if I'm tracking the wrong ASIN?

You can remove ASINs from your tracking list at any time from the ASINs page. Simply click the delete button next to the ASIN you want to stop tracking.

How do ASIN groups work?

ASIN groups allow you to organize related products for easier analysis. You can create groups by product category, brand, or any other criteria that makes sense for your business.

Is my data secure?

Yes, we use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your data. We never share your tracking data with third parties and follow strict privacy policies.
